Requirement
Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for the design, supply and delivery of a Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger suitable for heating inlet process air with the heat from vitiated air for Natural Resources Canada-CanmetENERGY.

Schedule
The Contractor must deliver the Shell and Tube Heat and all its related components and deliverables no later than March 31, 2020.

Security Requirement
There is no security requirement applicable to the resulting Contract.

Basis of Selection
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
