The following measures are planned for lot 1: - construction of approx. 460 m3 of pipeline trench without shoring, width: 0.5 - 2.6 m, depth: 0.50 - 1.75 m, - surface drainage and wastewater pipe: approx. 210 m of sewer pipes DN 100 to DN 300 PP, approx. 4.5 m of line drainage and 5 inspection shafts - underground pipelines: approx. 300 m pipes made of PE-HD DA 20 - DA 710, approx. 160 m stainless steel pipes DN 32, approx. 90 m local heat pipe DA 40/ DN 32 as pre-insulated double pipe, - new construction of an ozone reactor, useful volume 200 m3, in reinforced concrete construction with several inner and immersion walls for flow control. Construction of an excavation pit with the dimensions L x W x D = approx. 12.4 x 5.6 x 6.3 m with watertight sheet piling and a 1.30 m thick underwater concrete base. Including aluminium sheet wall cladding, - New construction of a machine building in solid construction, single-storey, floor area approx. 16.5 x 7.0 m, with 4 rooms and gable roof. Construction of reinforced concrete foundation for oxygen tank in outdoor area, foundation dimensions approx. 6.5 x 4.0 x 0.9 m, incl. 15 concrete chess rings with round steel pipe as collision protection. The following measures are planned for lot 2: - Construction of approx. 350 m3 of cable and pipeline trench without shoring, width: 0.5 - 1.6 m, depth: 0.50 - 1.25 m and of approx. 180 m3 pipe trench including shoring, width: 1.60 m, depth: 1.35 - 1.75 m, - buried pipelines, protective pipe and cable pipe routes with approx. 320 m pipelines made of PE-HD DA 32 - DA 710, approx. 230 m cable conduits DA 63 - DA 110 and 5 cable pull shafts, - partial filling of the existing polishing pond with approx. 2,300 m3 excavated soil and compaction under water, including adaptation of pond liner, - new construction of a sand filtration system in reinforced concrete construction with 3 filter chambers, one outlet chamber and one flushing waste water shaft, floor area 19.7 x 6.2 m, construction of a construction pit with the dimensions L x W x D = approx. 19.8 x 6.0 x 7.2 m with a watertight sheet piling and a 1.30 m thick underwater concrete base - New construction of an intermediate lift in reinforced concrete construction with an underwater chamber and 3 upper water chambers, incl. quantity measuring chamber and pent roof. Incl. a 1.1 m lower lying access shaft, two flights of stairs and service walkway. Base area approx. 14.0 x 5.8 m. Construction of an approx. 0.85 m deep excavation pit, - Construction of a bypass shaft in reinforced concrete construction with dimensions of 2.2 x 2.2 x 2.5 m (L x W x D), incl. integration of existing concrete channel DN 600. Construction of a 2.55 m deep excavation pit, incl. partial shoring, - Construction of roads and paths with approx. 2,000 m2 H-concrete paving, incl. substructure, edgings and 8 lamp foundations. Restoration 25 m2 asphalt surface. The following measures are planned for Lot 3: - construction of approx. 45 m3 of pipeline trench without shoring, width: 0.6 - 0.8 m, depth: 0.5 - 1.5 m - buried pipelines: approx. 28 m of pipelines made of PE-HD DA 110 - DA 180, approx. 60 m double pipe made of PE 100 DA 50/20 incl. 2 m deep leakage shaft made of spiral wound pipe DN 1000, - Construction of chemical filling station as precast reinforced concrete unit, dimensions 5.0 x 3.8 m, with 0.75 m3 collection volume. - Erection of reinforced concrete foundation for precipitant tank outside, foundation dimensions approx. 5.00 x 5.50 x 0.95 m, including 4 steel round pipes as collision protection.
