Description

Maintenance and upkeep of the stormwater drainage network on the territory of the Municipality of the City of Tychy in the year 2024The material scope of the work to be performed is specified in Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ.
The material scope of the work to be performed is specified in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ.The nature of the ordered works will require:- cleaning of storm sewers including manholes, cutting tree roots from storm sewers, cleaning and maintenance of sand traps, cleaning of settling basins, cleaning of oil separators and evaporation tank;- replacement of storm sewers, rehabilitation of storm sewers by trenchless method, construction of manholes, repair of manholes, height adjustment of manholes to the ground ordinate, restoration of pavement, replenishment or replacement of concrete or cast iron manholes on manholes;- inspections of sewer equipment and evaporation tank, operational inspections of treatment equipment;- plugging of inlets of illegal connections to storm sewers, smothering of storm sewer mains, TV monitoring of storm sewer mains, visual assessment of manholes for connections, finding buried or asphalted manholes in the field;- installation of backflow preventers on storm sewer outlets;- geodetic inventory with plotting on base maps of sections of storm sewer system including manhole (in case of replacing sections of storm sewer system or finding in the field uninventoried sections of storm sewer system, manholes and other devices);- maintenance of storm water pumping stations and grilles on sand traps;- mowing grass on the area of storm water pumping stations, in the area of sand traps and outlets;- issuing technical opinions.Each time prior to the Contractor's commencement of work, the Employer in the protocol of typing of work will specify the detailed material scope of the work, along with its technology and deadline for completion.The Contractor is required to provide 24-hour on-call and 24-hour availability (readiness) to take appropriate action to locate and secure the reported failures within a maximum of 30 minutes from notification. Reported interventions should be recorded and archived.In the description of the subject of the contract, the Employer did not indicate trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular contractor.
