1. The subject of the contract is to provide a service of collection and transport of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and bio-waste generated in households from residential properties and holiday cottages or other properties used for recreation and leisure purposes, used only for part of the year in the Rogoźno commune, excluding waste related to conducting business activity and collection and management of paper, glass, metals, plastics and other municipal waste collected selectively from the Rogoźno commune and service of a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) in 2020.The subject of the contract covers the properties specified in Attachments 1 and 2 to the ToR, the quantity of which may change during the year due to the residence of new properties (the difference may amount to +/- 10 %).2 Code CPV: - 90.51.13.00-5 Waste collection services,- 90.51.10.00-2 Waste collection services,- 90.51.20.00-9 Waste transportation services,- 90.51.31.00-7 Household waste collection services.3Pursuant to art. 29 sec. 3a of the Public Procurement Law of 29.1.2004, the Contracting Authority requires that the persons performing activities related to the performance of the subject matter of the contract specified in the pre-determined quantity of works, the performance of which consists in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Labour Code of 26.6.1974, shall be employed by the Economic Operator on the basis of a contract of employment.the Economic Operator shall employ the aforementioned persons for the duration of the contract. If the employment relationship is terminated before the end of this period, he undertakes to immediately employ another person in that place. *Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974. - Labour Code: by entering into an employment relationship, an employee undertakes to perform a specific type of work for and under the direction of the employer, in the place and time specified by the employer, and the employer - to employ an employee for remuneration.4. Detailed data characterizing the order.1) The area of the Rogoźno commune is 21 800 ha, including the area of built-up land is 262 ha.2.) The number of inhabitants who will be covered by the municipal waste collection service in the commune amounts to 15 640 (as of 11.10.2019).3) Number of holiday cottages or other properties used for recreation and recreation purposes, used only for a part of the year in the commune Rogoźno - about 365 units, where waste is collected in individual containers and collected in accordance with Annex 2 to the ToR.4) Currently, waste is collected from containers with a capacity of: - 110 l,- 120 l,- 240 l,- 1 100 l,- 2,5 m3. The Contractor must also ensure the possibility of collecting waste from containers with a capacity of 110 l.5) Amount of waste collected in 2018 and for the period from January to September 2019 from the area of Rogoźno commune is given in Appendix No. 10 to the ToR.6) The Ordering Party recommends a local inspection in the area of Rogoźno commune in order to get acquainted with the routes and correct valuation of the service.5. Collection of municipal waste will be divided into:1) unsorted (mixed) waste (waste code 200301); 2) segregated waste - packaging waste of metals, plastics and multi-material packaging waste (codes 150101, 150102, 150104, 150105, 150106);3. separated waste - glass (code 150107, 200102);4. separated waste - paper and cardboard (code 150101, 200101);5. bio-waste (code 200203, 200108);6. hazardous waste - out-of-date medicines (codes 200131, 200132);7. municipal waste including: chemicals (e.g. (e.g. paints, varnishes, plant protection products).
