Description

The service of municipal waste collection covers all residential properties located in the territory of the city of Gniezno, where there is at least one flat inhabited by at least one resident.The Contracting Authority shall apply the procedure provided for in provisions of Article 139 par.1 of the PPL Act.4.The procedure may be cancelled pursuant to Article 257 of the PPL Act if the funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to financing the whole or part of the contract will not be awarded.5. submission of partial bids is not allowed.6. the Contracting Authority shall award contracts referred to in Article 214 par.1 item 7 of the PPL Act, up to 15% of the base contract.6.
In accordance with art.13.1 and 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Counciland2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the European Union L 119 of 04.05.2016, p. 1),hereinafter referred to as "Regulation", I inform you that:1.The administrator of your personal data is the City of Gniezno, Lecha Street 6,62-200Gniezno,e-mail:urzad@gniezno.eu,tel.614260400.2.W. In matters concerning personal data protection you can contact the Data Protection Inspector at inspektor@cbi24.pl.3.Dane. Personal data will be processed for the purpose related to the proceedings.4Personal data will be processed for a period in accordance with Article 78(1) and (4) of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law, for a period of 4 years from the date of completion of the proceedings, and if the duration of the contract exceeds 4 years, the storage period covers the entire duration of the contract.5.The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(c) of the aforementioned Regulation in conjunction with the provisions of the PPL Act.6Recipients of your data will be persons or entities to whom access to procedural documentation will be given pursuant to Article 18 and Article 74(4) of the PPL Act.7. The data subject has the right to: - access to his/her data and the possibility of their correction, rectification, limitation of processing, - if the processing of his/her data is in breach of the provisions of the Regulation, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, 9.in relation to Article 17(3)(b), (d) or (e) of the Regulation the right to erasure of personal data;- the right to the transfer of personal data referred to in Article 20 of the Regulation;- pursuant to Article 21 of the Regulation the right to object to the processing of personal data.10Where the fulfilment of the obligations referred to in Article 15 paragraphs 1-3 of the Regulation would involve a disproportionate effort, the controller may require from the data subject to provide additional information to clarify the request, in particular to provide the name or the date of the proceedings.11The exercise of the right to rectify or supplement personal data by the data subject, referred to in Article 16 of the Regulation, shall not result in the alteration of the outcome of the procedure or contest or in the alteration of the provisions of the contract to an extent incompatible with the PPL Act.12,13.In case of personal data published by the Administrator in the PPL, the rights referred to in Article 15 and Article 16 of the Regulation shall be exercised by way of a request addressed to the Administrator.14. 14. From the day of the completion of the proceedings, in the event that the filing of the request referred to in Article 18 par. 1 of the Regulation results in restricting the processing of the personal data contained in the minutes and in the appendices to the minutes, the Administrator shall not disclose such data contained in the minutes and in the appendices to the minutes unless the prerequisites referred to in Article 18 par. 2 of the Regulation occur.15.15. In cases when the fulfilment of the obligations referred to in Article 15 paragraphs 1-3 of the Regulation would require a disproportionate effort, the controller may request the data subject to provide additional information, in particular to specify the name or the date of the completed investigation. 17. Furthermore, we would like to inform you that in relation to the processing of your personal data you shall not be subject to decisions which are based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which is stipulated in Article 22 of Regulation (EC) No 45/2001.
