Description

The execution of the subject of the order includes two sections of works: a) Contract 1: Task 1 - Part 4 "Construction of a sanitary sewage system in the Masłów commune. Construction of the PT4 "Pumping station PT4 "Pumping station was located on the plot owned by the Ordering Party, no. 57/3, district 0009 Mąchocice Scholasteria, near the bridge over the Lubrzanka River within the district road no. 0314T Mąchocice Kapitulne - Ciekoty.The scope covers the construction of the PT4 sewage pumping station together with the exit from the county road no. 0314T, fence, sewage retention tanks, well with regulatory gate valve and well in front of the pumping station with solids separator and gravitational channels between the objects, land development as well as with internal electrical installations, which will be connected to the existing cable and meter connection of the FPC, built by PGE Dystrybucja S.A. on the plot of the sewage pumping station.b) Contract 1: Task 7 - Part 1b "Construction of a sanitary sewage system in the Masłów commune. Construction of the PT3 "Pumping station PT3 "Pumping station was located on a plot of land owned by the Ordering Party, No. 443/1, section 0009 Mąchocice Kapitulne, by the district road No. 0314T Mąchocice Kapitulne - Ciekoty.The scope includes the construction of the PT3 pumping station with electrical supply, sewage retention tanks, a well with a regulatory gate valve and a well with a solids separator, inter-object canals, as well as entrances and fences and land development.2The Contracting Authority informs that the pre-measurement attached to the ToR serves only as an auxiliary material and does not constitute a basis for preparing a bid by the Economic Operator. The basis for calculating the flat-rate offer price is the Description of the subject matter of the contract, which includes Construction and Execution Projects together with their attachments, constituting an element of the Project Documentation and STWiORB attached to the ToR and the ToR. When determining the amounts, the Contractor should refer to the terms of contract, Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Work, Project Documentation, information, instructions or descriptions of works and materials used.3The subject matter of the contract also includes replacement works related to restoring the land in accordance with the conditions for restoring the road surface issued by the road authorities, execution, agreement and approval of traffic organisation projects and payment of toll for the occupation of the road lane in accordance with administrative decisions, payment of toll for any possible occupation of real estate for the needs of the construction facilities or for other purposes during the period of performance of works, conducting final tests, costs of removal of any defects in the works. The Contractor shall also perform the activities necessary to commission the works. The Contractor is also obliged to take over the construction site, clean up the work area after its completion (restoration to its original state) no later than the date of technical acceptance of the works (date of issuance of the Take-over Certificate) and leave the entire work area in order, clean and usable condition after the completion of the works.4The Contracting Authority, after signing the Contract with the Contractor, allows the division of the items of Price List No. 1 (within PT4) and No. 8 (within PT3), if the Contractor decides to carry out the excavation formwork project on his own, at his own expense, and performs construction works including these settlement items, based on his own technology of temporary works. Detailed information in this respect is indicated in point 4.2.6) Before the commencement of works, the Contractor is obliged to submit to the Customer Service Office of Waterworks Kieleckich Sp. z o.o. "A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is presented in Part III of the ToR - Description of the subject of the Order (ToR) available on the Ordering Party's website.
