Description

The subject of the contract is to provide services consisting of: 1) collection of municipal waste from owners of inhabited properties and inhabited parts of mixed properties (partly inhabited and partly uninhabited); 2) equipping Points of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste, hereinafter referred to as "PSZOK", with containers for waste collection and transferring this waste for management; 3) provision of containers for furniture and other bulky waste and used tires, and transfer of this waste for management; 4) management of municipal waste referred to in items 1 - 3 and achievement of waste management levels required by law;5) provision of containers for municipal waste.6) provision of software for the Electronic Control System for the quantity of waste collected at the PSZOK.
(1) The subject of the contract is to provide services consisting of: 1) collection of municipal waste from owners of inhabited properties and inhabited parts of mixed properties (partially inhabited and partially uninhabited); 2) equipping Points for Selective Collection of Municipal Waste, hereinafter referred to as "PSZOK", with containers for waste collection and transferring this waste for management; 3) provision of containers for furniture and other bulky waste and used tires, and transfer of this waste for management;4) management of municipal waste referred to in points 1 - 3, and achievement of waste management levels required by law;5) provision of containers for municipal waste and equipping properties with containers and bags;6) provision of software for the Electronic System for Controlling the Quantity of Waste Collected at the PSZOK. (2) The subject of the contract shall be municipal waste of the following types and quantities: 1) for waste referred to in para. 1 item 1:(a) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01),b) paper and cardboard waste (15 01 01, 20 01 01)c) glass waste (15 01 07),d) metal, plastic and multi-material packaging waste (15 01 02, 15 01 06, 20 01 39),e) bio-waste (20 01 08, 20 02 01),f) bulky waste (20 03 07) and used tires (16 01 03) collected together,g) Christmas trees and ornaments that are parts of plants (20 02 01); 2) in terms of waste referred to in para. 1 point 2, waste: (a) plastic packaging classified as waste with code 15 01 02, (b) paper and cardboard classified as waste with code 15 01 01, (c) bio-waste constituting parts of plants from care of green areas and gardens classified as waste with code 20 02 01,d) construction from households (17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 07, 17 09 04), e) furniture and other bulky waste classified as waste code 20 03 07, f) used electrical and electronic equipment other than those mentioned in 20 01 21, 20 01 23 and 20 01 35, classified as waste with code 20 01 36, g) used electrical and electronic equipment other than those mentioned in 20 01 21, 20 01 23 containing hazardous components, classified as waste with code 20 01 35*, (h) wood other than those mentioned in 20 01 37, classified as waste with code 20 01 38, (i) batteries and accumulators other than those mentioned in 20 01 33, classified as waste with code 20 01 34, (j) paints, inks, adhesives, binders, resins other than those mentioned in 20 01 27, classified as waste under code 20 01 28, k) fluorescent tubes and other waste containing mercury, classified as waste under code 20 01 21*, l) components removed from discarded equipment other than those mentioned in 16 02 15, classified as waste under code 16 02 16, m) used tires classified as waste under code 16 01 03, n) glass packaging, classified as waste under code 15 01 07, o) packaging containing residues of hazardous substances, classified as waste under code 15 01 10 *, (p) medicines classified as waste with code 20 01 32, (q) non-eligible medical waste generated in households as a result of receiving medicinal products by injection and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular, needles and syringes, classified as waste with code ex 20 01 99, r) metal packaging, classified as waste with code 15 01 04, s) oils and fats other than those listed in 20 01 25 as waste with code 20 01 26*,t) textiles with code 20 01 11 and clothing with code 20 01 10 collected together;(u) equipment containing freons with code 20 01 23*.3) In terms of waste referred to in paragraph 1(3), Bulky waste and Tires.
