1.The subject matter of the contract is the operational review and cleaning of rainwater drainage purification devices coming from the belt of provincial roads administered by the Mazovian Provincial Roads Management, divided into 9 tasks/parts.2.Detailed description of the subject matter of the Order is contained in part IV of the SWZ - Description of the Subject Matter of the Order, Technical Specifications.3..In the case of indication in the description of the subject of the contract of trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the product or services provided by a particular contractor, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions.In the case of reference in the description of the subject of the contract to standards, European technical evaluations, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions to those described.
1.Operational inspection and cleaning of rainwater drainage purification devices coming from the strip of provincial roads administered by MZDW on the territory of RD Gostynin-Płock2.Detailed description of the subject matter of the Order is contained in part IV of the SWZ - Description of the Subject Matter of the Order, Technical Specification.3.The Ordering Party provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PPL Act with a total net value of PLN 271,470.64:- the amount for part 1 is: PLN 4,211.93 net.Within the framework of a similar contract, it is envisaged: operational review and cleaning of rainwater drainage purification devices coming from the strip of provincial roads administered by the Mazovian Board of Provincial Roads in Warsaw, on the territory of the Mazovian province.Additional information:The Contracting Authority envisages the use of the so-called. reverse procedure, referred to in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate tenders, and then qualify the subject qualification of the Contractor whose tender was the highest rated, in terms of lack of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure.
