Description

The basic services of lot no. 1, management of non-hazardous and inert waste from CEA Grenoble's economic activities, cover: - the provision of containers, - waste collection, - characterisation and sorting, - management of the assembly area, - disposal, - treatment, recovery and/or disposal with traceability of non-hazardous and inert waste from CEA Grenoble's economic activities, - communication actions defined in the specifications.The following are excluded from the technical scope of this framework agreement: - healthcare waste from biological or medical analysis laboratories (DASRI),- radioactive waste,- the following non-hazardous waste (DND): cups, cans, plastic bottles, stretchable plastic films,- hazardous waste (DD),- classified media: sensitive, restricted or confidential diffusion,- restaurant waste.The framework agreement provides for the following possible additional services: - PES No. 1: waste management service, - PES No. 2: reversibility phase at the end of the contract. The basic services of Lot 2 DASRI concern: - the provision of containers, - waste collection, - characterisation and sorting, - evacuation, - treatment, recovery and/or disposal with traceability of DASRI from the economic activities of CEA Grenoble, - communication actions defined in the specifications.The following are excluded from the technical scope of this framework agreement: - radioactive waste,- non-hazardous and inert waste (NDW),- hazardous waste (HW),- classified media: sensitive, restricted or confidential,- restaurant waste,- The framework agreement includes a possible additional service: reversibility phase at the end of the framework agreement. The basic services of lot No 3 "hazardous waste" from CEA's economic activities concern: - the provision of containers, - the supply or provision of specific equipment, in relation to the subject of the framework agreement, - regular collection and on request, - disposal and treatment on site, - recovery and/or disposal with traceability of CEA/Grenoble hazardous industrial waste, - management of the assembly area, - administrative management, - regulatory monitoring, - communications actions defined in the specifications.This framework agreement concerns only hazardous industrial waste (HIW) resulting from the operation of CEA Grenoble laboratories, i.e. HIW within the meaning of Article R. 541-8 of the Environment Code, which stipulates that "waste that presents one or more of the properties listed in Annex 1 shall be considered as hazardous waste".The framework agreement includes the following possible additional services:- PES No. 1: WEEE management,- PES No. 2: reversibility phase at the end of the contract.
