Description

The contract description concerns: the design, implementation and management of an electronic prescription system (EVS) with the aim of enabling GGDs to meet the legal requirements of the Electronic Prescribing Directive.Client wishes to add an EVS to the basic facility that enables GGDs to collect medication information from and about the GGD and its clients centrally at a single point and exchange it with chain partners. With the arrival of an EVS, the basic facility contributes to the digital exchange of medication data with the healthcare chain. The starting point is one joint EVS that includes at least the basic functionalities of an EVS. For each GGD there should be a functionally separate organization as part of the joint EVS.The EVS should be offered in the form of a SaaS service.
The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is €600,000, - excluding VAT per year. This includes the one-time implementation costs. With a total term of the Framework Agreement of up to six (6) years, the estimated value then comes to € 3,600,000, - excluding VAT. Taking into account a 20% margin, the maximum value of the Framework Agreement is € 4,320,000, excluding VAT, at which point the Contracting Authority can no longer issue further orders under the Framework Agreement.
