Canada - Services purchased for the COVID-19 case and contact investigations for Montreal Public Health

The CENTRE INTÉGRÉ UNIVERSITAIRE DE SANTÉ ET DE SERVICES SOCIAUX DU CENTRE-SUD-DE-L'ÎLE-DE-MONTRÉAL, a legal person governed by public law duly constituted under the Act respecting health services and social services, RLRQ c S-4.2, having its principal place of business at 1560 Sherbrooke East, in the City of Montreal, Province of Quebec, H2L 4M1,
Wishes to issue a public call for tenders for the acquisition of Services purchased in connection with the COVID-19 case investigations and contacts for Montreal Public Health.
Tenders will be received and opened on the following date and location February 15, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at 4545 Queen Mary Montreal, H3W 1W5 to the attention of Ms. Gulnara Kulubaeva.
Upon your arrival, you must contact Ms. Gulnara Kulubaeva at 514-340-2800 ext: 3704, so that someone can come and pick up your submission (Considering the COVID-19 pandemic, the door is barred to the public). A receipt will be given to you in exchange for the Submission.
In the current context of the COVID-19 pandemic and exceptional circumstances, in order to limit the risks of coronavirus propagation, ICSUSS Centre-Sud de l'Ile de Montréal will proceed with an opening of the submissions without public.
A video recording of the bid opening in the presence of a witness as well as the results of the opening will be posted on SEAO as soon as possible after the bid opening.
Bidders will be notified of the filing of the registration in the same manner as when an addendum is issued.
Please note that this action is being taken in accordance with the guidelines proposed by the Treasury Committee Secretariat dated March 25, 2020 (Communiqué # SSMP-02-CORONAVIRUS - COVID 19).

Contract documents will be distributed via SEAO.
No bid security is required as part of the call for tenders.
Filing of Complaints :
Any company or person interested in this call for tenders and who is of the opinion that the tender documents do not comply with the contractual rules in force, may file a complaint by following the guidelines detailed in the complaint management procedure adopted by ICSUSS of the Centre-Sud-de-l'Île-de-Montréal in accordance with section 21.0.3 of the Act respecting contracts of public bodies (RLRQ, c. The deadline for complaints is February 12, 2021.

The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION does not undertake to accept any of the bids received.
