Poland - Services of travel agencies, tour operators and tourist assistance

Description

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service of domestic and foreign business trips of employees of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency S.A., divided into two parts in the scope of: - Part No. 1 - intermediary services in the reservation, sale, issuance, issuance and delivery of air tickets, rail tickets on domestic and foreign routes, - Part No. 2 - intermediary services in the reservation and sale of accommodation in hotels at home and abroad. Detailed information on the subject matter of the contract can be found in Chapter VIII of the Terms of Reference, located on the Contracting Authority's website.
The Contractor's tasks include, but are not limited to: searching for and making reservations, selling, issuing and issuing in paper or electronic form air tickets in the classes specified by the Ordering Party (including tickets of airlines that are members of the International Air Transport Association - IATA) and rail tickets for domestic and international travel, in accordance with the requirements of the carriers. By the name of the ticket is meant a ticket on the route to the destination and back (the so-called "two-way" ticket). The purchaser reserves the possibility to purchase "one-way" tickets. The subject of the contract includes routes within Poland and around the world. In the event that it is not possible to guarantee air or rail transportation to the location indicated by the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party will have the right to use an alternative source of transportation (e.g. bus/coach) - applies to part 1 of the contract. The Contractor's tasks include, but are not limited to: searching for and making reservations (including changes and cancellations), selling, along with delivering a voucher of a reserved hotel room to the Ordering Party's registered office or to a location designated by the Ordering Party in hard copy or electronically - applies to part no. 2 of the contract.
