2 lots are tendered, in lot 1 is the guarding of the GIZ academy, Campus Kottenforst, the preventive prevention of damage, as well as the reporting and, if necessary, the elimination of irregularities, dangers or faults, and the future contractor (AN) is also to provide the appropriate seminar assistance, i.e. the preparatory work in the required seminar rooms, including the preparation of the seminar. In a further lot 2, the future contractor is to take over reception activities in the demanding hotel business including guest management in close cooperation with the GIZ personnel. These services are to be provided by a security service provider on site.
The Academy for International Cooperation (AIZ) of the Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) is a service unit with approx. 120 employees, which organises over 2,000 events with 12,000 participants and 53,000 participant days per year. It makes extensive use of the "Campus Kottenforst" training centre in Bonn-Röttgen for its events, which are held in conjunction with a hotel and catering business. 2018 saw the Kottenforst Campus certified in accordance with EMAS, and a monitoring audit is regularly carried out by an independent environmental auditor. Accordingly, there is also a site-specific environmental program for the Kottenforst Campus. The bidders are invited to support GIZ in achieving the goals, in their possibilities and within the scope of the tendered services.The present service refers to the location:Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbHIn der Wehrhecke 1 (Campus Kottenforst)53125 Bonn-RöttgenThe Kottenforst Campus consists of four buildings, which are located in close proximity to each other: the main building, the seminar building and four single-family houses (2 semi-detached houses) and covers a total area of approx. 2.2 hectares.the main building is the first point of contact for guests. On the ground floor of the main building are the reception, the largest event room (approx. 261 m2), 2 further event rooms (each approx. 128 m2), the foyer area with the foyer bar as well as the restaurant with terrace, the attached kitchen, scullery and part of the storage and cold storage rooms. In addition, there is also a bowling alley and the castle cellar in the basement, an event room with bar and counter, which can be used for social evenings of the guests after consultation with the GIZ. In addition, the 63 guest rooms, 4 family apartments and offices for the employees are located in two wings of the main building. 35 seminar rooms between 20 and 100 sqm and 5 further offices are located on two levels in the seminar building. In addition, there is a large library and media landscape in the seminar building, where the guests and lecturers of the educational centre can inform themselves and further educate themselves independently.3 semi-detached houses each contain family apartments, the fourth semi-detached house houses the child care facility.access to house 1, house 2 and the underground car park is electronic via an access control system and personalised ID cards. In a further lot, the future Contractor shall take over reception activities in the demanding hotel business including guest management in close cooperation with the GIZ personnel.
