Description
The municipality of Simmerath intends to lease areas in the Lammersdorf - Wald - area west of the B 399 for the construction of a wind farm. An overview map with the more precisely designated area can be requested at vergabe@gemeinde.simmerath.de. There is already a wind energy concentration zone in the municipality's land use plan for this area.
The municipality of Simmerath is looking for a tenant to build and operate a wind farm on the land in the area of Lammersdorf - forest - west of the B 399. A preliminary competition will be held. After receipt of the requests to participate, the municipality of Simmerath will invite all qualified participants (cf. III.) to submit an initial offer in accordance with the invitation sent to these participants, which will also specify the criteria. A negotiated procedure will then be conducted with a selected group of participants. In the negotiated procedure, innovative solutions for the most effective utilization of the wind energy concentration zone are expected from the participants.
