The object of the contract awarded by the contracting authority, Hüttenhospital gemeinnützige GmbH, Am Marksbach 28, 44269 Dortmund, is the supply of textiles to Hüttenhospital gGmbH and its wholly owned subsidiary Hüttenhospital Service GmbH in the form of rental linen.
The object of the contract awarded by the client, Hüttenhospital gemeinnützige GmbH, Am Marksbach 28, 44269 Dortmund, is the supply of textiles to Hüttenhospital gGmbH and its wholly owned subsidiary Hüttenhospital Service GmbH in the form of rental laundry services. The hospital has a total of 164 beds, including a day clinic with 25 places. 3 times a week, the laundry service includes the supply of laundry for the rental wards as well as professional clothing for the pool. It includes the central collection of the dirty laundry, the proper preparation, as well as the central delivery of clean laundry sorted by article.164 beds are supplied with rental station laundry, including the day clinic. The supply of rented professional clothing is carried out as size-related pool clothing for 250 persons of the Hüttenhospital gGmbH and 50 persons of the Hüttenhospital Service GmbH.the laundry of the Hüttenhospital gGmbH and the Hüttenhospital Service GmbH is to be treated and invoiced separately from each other, in this sense they are each separate customers.The contract period for the laundry services put out to tender is 3 years with the option of a three-time extension of the contract by one year in each case. The customer shall conduct the award procedure in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance on the Award of Public Contracts (Vergabeverordnung 2016 - VgV). The bidders shall submit a binding offer on the basis of the award documents. After examination of the tenders, the contract is awarded to the most economical tender on the basis of the published award criteria.
