Description

The object of procurement is the awarding of the necessary basic services for work phases 1-8 in accordance with Part 4, Section 2, Section 55 HOAI (technical equipment) for the modernisation of the ventilation system in building 2 of the Integrated Comprehensive School Ernst Bloch (IGSLO), Hermann-Hesse-Str.9-11, 67071 LU. According to the cost assumption, the manufacturing costs for cost groups 410 to 440 and 480 in accordance with DIN276-1:2008-12 for the project amount to approx. EUR 1,554,000 excl. VAT. The cost group (KG) 410 (according to DIN 276) accounts for approximately EUR 30 000, the KG 420 for approximately EUR 405 000, the KG 430 for approximately EUR 663 000, the KG 440 for approximately EUR 50 000 and the KG 480 for approximately EUR 406 000, of which (IGSLO), Hermann-Hesse-Str. 9-11, 67071 Lu.-Oggersheim, was put into operation in 1980. The comprehensive school consists of House 1 (UG, ground floor, 1st floor) and House 2 (UG, ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor), a separate sports hall and a separate building with indoor swimming pool. IGSLO House 2 is supplied with ventilation by three ventilation centres in the basement. The supply air reaches the ventilation units via air intake shafts. The object of the procurement is the awarding of the required basic services of work phases 1 to 8 according to Part 4, Sectoral Planning, Section 2, § 55 HOAI (Leistungsbild Technische Ausrüstung) for the modernisation of the ventilation system in Building 2 of IGSLO. According to a demand planning of the client, the modernization of the ventilation system in house 2 should be realized. For this purpose, all ventilation units including all duct installations and component parts, the heating and heat recovery systems as well as the refrigeration systems within the ventilation centres are to be dismantled. The air intake structures must be upgraded. The central units in the ventilation centres including the ventilation ducts with accessories, the exhaust fans, the heating distributors with connection to the ventilation units and the entire building automation must be replaced. The new supply and exhaust air systems shall be equipped with a heat recovery system.
