Description

The Kurfürstenhalle is a sports and multi-purpose hall, with a partial basement, with a hall size of 27 x 15 m and a stage of 12 x 4.90 m. Depending on the seating arrangement, it offers space for approx. 450 people and can be used for events such as sporting activities. The hall was built in 1988 and is in a state of preservation appropriate to its use and age. It is to be renovated and brought to the current state of the art. The building services are in need of renovation with regard to electrical, heating, ventilation and sanitary installations; an initial measure has already been taken with regard to the ventilation equipment in the technical room.
The city of Mülheim-Kärlich is the owner of the Kurfürstenhalle. Depending on the seating arrangement, it offers space for approx. 450 people and can be used for events such as sporting activities. The hall was built in 1988 and is in a state of preservation appropriate to its use and age. The building services are in need of renovation with regard to electrical, heating, ventilation and sanitary installations. The ventilation equipment including fire protection in the technical room will be upgraded on site in 2020. The air distribution system in the remaining area of the building will remain in the existing building and may have to be adapted to the conditions in the course of the general refurbishment. The insulation and seals of the HLS have already been tested positively for pollutants such as KMF and asbestos. The results of the tests are part of the contract documents as annex "20 008 3 Report" and the hall must also be brought up to the latest fire protection standards. In view of the age of the hall, a clean-up of the asbestos and KMF pollutants cannot be ruled out. Even if the building structure itself is not to be touched, it may be necessary to open the ceilings in the course of the renewal of the building services. It may turn out that a renovation of the ceilings may also be necessary. The chargeable costs are expected to be Estimated net building costs in the sense of DIN 276:- KG 300 - building structures: approx. 400 000 EUR;- KG 410 - sewage, water, gas systems: approx. 150 000 EUR;- KG 420 - heat supply systems: approx. 120,000 EUR;- KG 430 - air conditioning systems: approx. 100,000 EUR;- KG 440 - heavy current systems: approx. 150,000 EUR;- KG 450 - telecommunications systems: approx. 20,000 EUR.the planning services for the building planning as lot 1 and the specialist planning services HLS and electrical systems as lots 2 and 3 will be put out to tender. The structural design services will be awarded separately. With regard to the designation and description of the services to be rendered, the client shall be guided by § 55 HOAI 2013 in conjunction with Annex 15. A step-by-step commissioning is intended: in a first step, the so-called performance level 1, all services required for a general refurbishment are to be considered and backed up with a cost estimate in the sense of performance phases 1-3 according to § 55 HOAI 2013 in conjunction with Annex 15. The specialist planner shall prepare a cost estimate according to DIN 276. After the municipal committees have decided on the services to be performed, the further work stages can be commissioned, if necessary limited to individual trades. 4 multi-purpose halls located in the municipality of Weißenthurm are to be refurbished. An application for all 4 tenders is possible.
