Planning services of the technical equipment planning according to § 55 HOAI, appendix gr. 1-4 and 6, LPH 1-9
The city of Bargteheide has decided to replace the 3-field sports hall at the Kopernikus-Gymnasium, which is in need of renovation, by a new building at the same location. The measure is to be carried out quickly and with as little disruption as possible to neighboring school operations by accelerating construction procedures, if necessary using prefabricated components. Particular importance is also attached to energy and resource-saving construction methods as well as economical operation. The sports hall is to include the following uses: 3-field sports hall for school and club sports, field size suitable for Bundesliga handball matches, spectator area and multifunctional use (event hall).The construction costs for demolition and new construction are estimated at € 12.5 million gross (incl. 19% VAT) for cost groups 200-700.For this purpose, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition that cover the performance profile of technical equipment planning, plant group 1 waste water, water and gas plants, plant group 2 heat supply plants, plant group 3 ventilation plants, plant group 4 heavy current plants, plant group 6 conveyor systems, according to HOAI, and have realized similar measures in the past. The service phases 1-9 are to be processed. The contract will be awarded in stages. The contracting authority reserves the right to award only part of the basic services from the aforementioned service profiles.The following procedure will be carried out:In phase 1, potential applicants will be invited to participate and submit the application for participation with the required evidence.In phase 2, the applications for participation received will be examined and the number of approved applicants will be limited.The applicants in phase 2 will be invited separately to a negotiated procedure.Procedure-related award documents are posted on the e-tendering platform for the procedure at https://www.meinauftrag.rib.de/public/DetailsByPlatformIdAndTenderId/platformId/7/tenderId/121007166.
