The building at the location Parumer Weg 34, in Güstrow, is to be reconstructed and modernized in such a way that the road construction office with eight employees, of which one is an office manager, one is a specialist area manager and six employees have office space in accordance with the valid legal regulations.Furthermore, the employees of the district road maintenance department, who are already housed in the building, should receive improved working conditions.In order to accommodate these two areas with different functions in this building, the rooms must be expanded. The shower and wash rooms in the existing building are not adequately sized for the number of county road maintenance employees. There is no locker room facility for ladies. The building is in a structurally poor condition and the individual components do not meet today's requirements. The individual components do not meet today's required energy standards. The roof is leaking and needs to be re-insulated and re-roofed.Basically, the two functions, offices for the road construction office and functional rooms for the employees of the district road maintenance department, will have separate entrances and separate sanitary facilities.The heating system, the sanitary facilities and the electrical supply will be renewed.The building will have a barrier-free entrance and WC use.
The existing hall has a steel-column-transom construction to which gas concrete slabs are attached on the outside. The columns are clamped in sleeve foundations. For the roof, a steel truss with steel purlins and a steel-pur-steel cover was chosen. Within the scope of the renovation measures, the gas concrete slabs, concrete frame windows, gates and roof cladding are to be dismantled. A new trapezoidal sandwich panel attached to the supports is planned for the façade. For new window bands steel cross beams are to be brought in between the supports.30 cm of the base is to be massively bricked up, in order to guarantee the barrier connection, as well as to be able to pull the new sandwich plates from the splash water area, if necessary new constructive frost aprons must be brought in for this.Trapezoidal sandwich panels are also to be used for the roof cladding. If necessary, the purlin position in the existing building is to be adapted or supplemented for new RWA windows.The gates are to be replaced by new gates in the same place.The façade windows are to be installed as profiled glass walls or glazed mullion-transom constructions.RWA flaps are to be integrated in the roof if necessary. The number of opening elements in the facade and in the roof depends on the necessary smoke and heat extraction, or ventilation and lighting areas.For the sandwich elements, a preliminary design was prepared, which, however, in no case replaces the necessary static calculation. The subject of the order are the basic services of the service phases 1-6 of the service profile technical planning structural design § 51 para. 1 in connection with. Annex 14 HOAI. The Contractor shall perform his services on the basis of the documents made available to him by the Client. The subject of the commissioning shall be the basic services of the service phases 1-8 of the service profile for specialist planning of technical equipment, system group 1-3 in accordance with § 55 Para. 1 in conjunction with § 55 Para. 1 in conjunction with § 55 Para. 1 in conjunction with § 55 Para. 1 in conjunction with § 55 Para. 1 in conjunction with § 55 Para.
