With the Integral Risk Management Portfolio (IRM-P), the Building Construction Office of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft (HBA) ensures the adequate safety of the building portfolio under its responsibility. Fire protection and structural safety are two central objectives of IRM-P.Under the heading of structural safety, condition surveys and condition assessments are to be carried out on the basis of the guidelines. For 175 objects, the focus is on the topics of structural safety, component safety, fall safety and "other safety concerns". Also on the basis of the guideline, the condition of the structural, technical and organisational fire protection is to be checked and assessed at 113 objects.
