The existing General Disposal Centre I (AVZ I) is in serious need of renovation and has fire protection deficiencies. In addition, it no longer meets the current state of the art, which laboratory buildings must have. For this reason, it was decided in 2012 to construct a new building as a replacement on the newly developed Poppelsdorf campus. The existing building is largely vacant, the individual institutes are housed in alternative areas and are to use in part the rotation building under construction (Cycle1).This is a replacement new building on the Poppelsdorf campus for the building Endenicher Allee 11-13 (Allgemeines Verfügungszentrum I (AVZ I)) in Bonn. The new building will house various institutes with laboratory facilities. Among other things, it is planned as an extension building with a direct connection to the neighbouring INS/IEL building (Endenicher Allee 19 B).Users of the building will be:- Faculty of Economics with the Institute of Nutrition and Food Sciences (IEL)- Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences with the institutes- Zoology- Pharmaceutical Biology- Genetics- IMBIO- Physical and Theoretical ChemistryApproved room program NUF 1-6 5,625.00 m2The subject of this award procedure is the planning services for the performance profile technical equipment plant group 1-3.
