In the present case, the client intends to expand its hospital pharmacy in the property in Ginnheimer Landstraße in 60487 Frankfurt am Main. For this purpose, existing and currently unused areas of the hospital pharmacy are to be added and a coherent overall concept for the pharmacy operation is then to be developed and planned.The subject of these invitations to tender are therefore all planning services defined in more detail in the general planning contract and in the project description which are or will be required in connection with the expansion and conversion of the hospital pharmacy. The contract will be awarded successively and in stages, as can be seen from the attached draft contract. There is no legal entitlement to call off the next service level in each case.
