Description

Due to an increase in the number of pupils and the replacement of the former support centre, an extension building with a gymnasium is to be built to cover the lack of space. It is planned to accommodate the full-day classes and groups with kitchen and canteen in the extension building, as well as to provide a double gymnasium. In this context, outdoor sports areas, schoolyard and paved outdoor areas are also to be realised.
For the project Replacement New Building and Extension JHS incl. 2-fold gymnasium, basic services according to HOAI are required in the area of object planning (outdoor facilities) according to HOAI 2013, part 3, section 2, § 39 as well as the above mentioned special services. Services of the work phases 1 to 9 are awarded. The services will be commissioned in stages: - Stage 1: work phases 1 - 2; - Stage 2: work phases 3 - 4 including the above-mentioned special services; - Stage 3: work phases 5 - 7; - Stage 4: work phases 8 - 9. Upon award of the contract, the client will initially commission only the basic services of work phases 1 - 2. CL reserves the right to limit the assignment of the further service stages. CL shall be free in its decision on further assignment; there shall be no right to transfer further services.
