In February 2019 a kindergarten was added to the free Waldorf School Isartal. Since the popularity of the kindergarten is so great, the existing building complex on the grounds of the Waldorf School Isartal in Geretsried, between Primelweg and Malvenweg, is now to be extended by a two-group kindergarten on the neighbouring plot to the north-west with the plot number 173/34. In addition, a school gymnasium is also being built as a separate construction project on the property with the plot number 173/16.the object of the contract is the object planning of the building (Lph 3-8) for the new construction of the two-group kindergarten and the 1.5-fold school gymnasium.the two kindergarten groups for 25 children each are to be built on approx. 400 m2 (gross floor area). The 1.5-fold gymnasium is to have the dimensions of approx. 18 x 36 m (usable area) and a mobile partition wall at 18 x 24 m and 18 x 12 m. Furthermore, the adjoining rooms, equipment room, etc. must also be taken into account. The gross floor area is approximately 1 100 m2. A basement is not planned, but the height of the gymnasium must be taken into account in the natural course of the terrain, which may make a partial basement possible. 34 above-ground parking spaces are required in total. The plot size for both construction projects (plot numbers 173/16 and 173/34) is approx. 5,000 m2 and the total open area is approx. 2,550 m2. The decision to amend and extend the development plan no. 79 of the city of Geretsried for the area of Blumenstraße and Primelweg was taken by the city council on 29.7.2014 and announced on 25.7.2019 in order to create the planning conditions for the extension of the existing Waldorf School Centre with a gymnasium and a day care centre.The resolution on the development plan was passed by the city council on 22.10.2019. In addition to the requirements of the B-plan and all generally applicable rules and laws concerning the construction of a kindergarten and a gymnasium, the requirements for the receipt of state and municipal subsidies must be observed. The kindergarten is subsidized with 50 % by the city of Geretsried and the gymnasium by the school subsidy law. The primary school's share of the gymnasium (4 out of 13 classes) receives a 70% subsidy from the government of Upper Bavaria. The share of the gymnasium (9 out of 13 classes) receives a 50% subsidy from the Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs, and a cost-efficient construction method and organic architecture is desired. The two buildings, which are to be constructed at the same time, are to be planned and built at least as KfW Efficiency House 55.due to the special nature of the Waldorf School, an increased need for coordination is to be expected.furthermore, the willingness to meet with the representatives of the school is expected.dates:- Building application: approx.
