Description

The municipality of Badem intends to build a 6-group daycare center. The plot of land marked in green on the site plan in the district of the municipality of Badem at the end of the village in the direction of Gindorf on the left-hand side is intended for the project. The building of the daycare center is to have a total floor space of approx. 1,500 sqm. The room program is available and is part of the tender documents. The recommendations for the room program in day care centers of the Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm of October 2021 are to be implemented and the orientation guide "Room concepts for day care centers" of the State Youth Welfare Office RLP is to be observed in the planning.The following are to be commissioned - Planning services for building planning, LP 1 - 9 in accordance with § 34 HOAI - Lot 1- Planning services for outdoor facilities, LP 1 - 9 in accordance with § 39 HOAI - Lot 2- Planning services for technical equipment HLS and electrical, LP 1 - 9 in accordance with §§ 53, 55 HOAI - Lot 3- Services for structural design, LP 1 - 6 in accordance with § 51 HOAI - Lot 4
Subject of this tender are the planning services of the object planning for buildings according to § 34 i.V.m. The total costs of the building measure amount to approx. KG 200 Preparatory measures 75.000,00 € (net) KG 300 Building, building construction 2.470.000,00 € (net) KG 400 Technical plants 710.500,00 € (net) KG 500 Outside facilities 325.000,00 € (net) KG 600 Equipment 200.000,00 € (net) In the context of the object planning the achievement which can be assigned covers the planning of the extension possibilities around up to two groups. The daycare center is to be certified in the future as a movement daycare center.As a special service, among other things, the economic feasibility study regarding an alternative timber construction method / modular construction method or a solid construction method is tendered.Also as a special service, the 3D visualization is tendered within the scope of service phase 2.The daycare center is to be designed barrier-free and single-story.The project is supported by funds. The services to be awarded will be awarded in batches.Construction is scheduled to begin no later than the 1st quarter of 2024.With regard to the details, reference is made to the specifications, which are available for download. This is to allow a child-oriented use as well as a little personnel-intensive supervision. Sufficient long-term parking spaces for staff (at least 20 spaces) as well as for short-term parkers (parents) are also to be planned. It is intended to certify the daycare center as a movement center in the future.
