General planning services for the fire protection and plant engineering refurbishment plus WC line refurbishment and installation of a photovoltaic system Agentur für Arbeit Leipzig, Geort-Schumann-Strasse 150
The Employment Agency in Leipzig, Georg-Schumann-Straße 150, consisting of a main building (built in 1996, gross floor area 37,942 m²) as well as two outbuildings (building 1, built approx. 1902, gross floor area 2,784 m² and building 2, built approx. 1902, gross floor area 1,535 m², building 1 and 2 are both listed buildings) is to undergo comprehensive fire protection and plant engineering refurbishment (including facade). In the two outbuildings, House 1 and House 2, a WC line renovation is also to be carried out. The subject of the award is general planning services with the following disciplines:Services of the object planning, building and interiors according to part 3 of the HOAI. Services of the technical planning according to part 4, section 1, structural planning as well as section 2, technical equipment for the plant groups waste water, water and gas plants, air technical plants, heavy current plants, telecommunication and information technical plants, conveyor plants of the HOAI. Landscape planning services in accordance with Part 2, Section 2 of the HOAI. It is intended to commission LPH 1-2 (partial construction documentation), LPH 3 (construction documentation), LPH 4-7, LPH 8-9 in stages. From LPH 5 onwards, the project is to be divided into a total of 9 construction phases. The general planning services are to be provided from 01.01.2024 to 30.12.2030.
