Planning services in the scope of services object planning according to HOAI part 3, section 1, § 34 Buildings and interiors, LPH 1-9.
The municipality of Borstel-Hohenraden is planning the construction of a single-field sports hall with playing field in DIN size, with spectator area, according to the latest state of the art, especially with regard to the energetic design of the hall. The hall and the outside area with the access roads should be barrier-free and wheelchair accessible for all users. The energy supply should be as efficient and sustainable as possible. Corresponding concepts and proofs are expected as part of the planning services. Subsidies are available for the construction project. The estimated total costs for the KG 200-700 amount to 4 365 473.11 EUR gross in total. In this tendering procedure, planning offices with experience from similar measures are invited to participate in the competition for the services described below: Planning services according to HOAI, step-by-step commissioning: Object planning in accordance with HOAI Part 3, Section 1, § 34 Buildings and interiors, LPH 1-9.The client reserves the right to award only part of the basic services from the above-mentioned service profiles.the following procedure will be carried out:In phase 1, potential applicants will be invited to participate and submit the application for participation with the required proofs.In phase 2, the requests to participate received are examined and the number of applicants admitted is limited.the applicants in phase 2 are invited separately to a negotiated procedure.the award of the planning services in accordance with HOAI is carried out in stages.process-related award documents are posted on the e-tendering platform for the procedure at http://www.e-vergabe-sh.de/vergabeplattform/bekanntmachungen/.
