Planning services for the technical buildings according to HOAI 2013 § 55 i. in conjunction with Annex 15, work phases 2 to 9 for the refurbishment of the existing, non-standard hall of doubt (type MT 90), which is to be additionally extended by a single-field hall including ancillary rooms in accordance with DIN 18032 and the room programme recommendation of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and coupled by means of connectors. Demolition and dismantling work is to be planned in the course of the renovation. In addition to school sports, it is planned that the hall will be used by various clubs.
Planning services for the technical buildings according to HOAI 2013 § 55 i. in conjunction with Annex 15, work phases 2 to 9 for the turnkey renovation and extension of the existing gymnasium for school and club use for the Rosa Luxemburg Primary School (19), a 4-lane primary school with grades 1-6 at Burgstr. 23A in 14467 Potsdam (boundary: Potsdam, corridor: 25, plot: 1013) The site is developed via an access road from Burgstraße adjacent to the street "Am Kanal".The realization is carried out in one construction phase during ongoing school operation: coordination of renovation and new construction in order to limit an interruption/failure of usability to seasons in which school sports are usually practiced outdoors due to the temperature. Existing building / renovation: Doubt Hall (type MT 90), non-standard in size, built around 1980, 1.5-storey, mainly made of HP (hyperparaboloid) concrete shells with half-storey, three-sided glazing made of Copelit glass profiles.Demolition and dismantling work is to be planned in the course of the renovation/energy, building services and fire protection renovation of the remaining stock. Existing sports and open spaces are to be retained as far as possible. Energy standard stock: A higher energy standard is required compared to the current GEG, comparable to the KfW Efficiency House 70 or The minimum technical requirements of the KfW for individual measures in the renovation of existing buildings (see the current version of the leaflet "Energy-efficient construction and renovation - non-residential buildings"). Couple to the existing hall by means of a connector.energy standard New building: Increased insulation standard according to KIS specifications, based on the KfW Efficiency House 55 (or better).
