Description
Planning services for an extension to the existing multi-purpose building House V in work phases 2-9 according to HOAI
Architectural and engineering services (project planning; technical equipment in plant groups 1-6; structural design; thermal insulation and energy balancing; building and room acoustics) for the new building, preferably in modular construction, as an extension to the existing building House V (traditional masonry construction, year of construction 2008) in work phases 2-9 according to § 34; 51; 55 and Annex 1 point 1.2. of the HOAI. The planning services to be commissioned (LP 2-9) are based on a concept with cost estimate agreed with the political bodies of the municipality of Schwielowsee. The construction measures will be carried out under the condition that school lessons will continue to be held at the site. The client intends to commission the planning services in stages (1st stage LP 2+3; 2nd stage LP 4-9). Conceptual design: The location of the Caputh primary school is to be extended to include a dining room with food distribution and washing up area as well as rooms for classroom and afternoon use in accordance with the concept of the whole day and "learning together". The construction of a 2-storey extension to the multi-purpose building House V is planned, which will form a unit with the existing building. Normal classroom sizes with adjoining smaller partial rooms are required for daily school lessons, not large multifunctional rooms. Double uses are not desired. Separate sanitary areas as well as barrier-free access should be taken into account in the planning. The type of construction method is to be determined in the course of the preliminary planning (LP 2) with an examination of variants for possible execution in modular construction compared to traditional masonry construction.
