Description

The tender concerns planning services for the public development of the 1st construction phase of the Berlin-Szczecin Industrial Park in Pasewalk, where the city of Pasewalk intends to build a large industrial site in the western part of the city. The net total area of this site is 156.00 ha, of which approx. 21 ha is to be a restricted commercial area, approx. 13 ha a commercial area and approx. 122 ha an industrial area.the planning and construction is divided into 3 construction phases, which are currently in different stages of realisation, as follows:The first construction phase has an area of 50.0 ha (13.5 ha restricted commercial area and 36.5 ha commercial and industrial area). The development plan no. 30/09 was drawn up for this commercial area. This legally binding land-use plan is located in the south, directly adjacent to the district road, the Stolzenburger Weg. 95.0 ha of the second construction phase is the remaining area of the large industrial site. This area is bordered to the south by the first construction phase of the development plan no. 30/09 and to the north by Dargitzer Strasse, while the third construction phase is located to the north of the urban development area, between Dargitzer Strasse and the Pasewalk-Lübeck railway line. It covers an area of approximately 35.5 ha. The area is located in the legally binding land-use plan No. 31/10 "Dargitzer Straße" and has the general admissibility of solar plants for 20 years.subject of this tender are planning and engineering services in accordance with HOAI (traffic facilities, engineering structures, open-air plant planning) for the internal development of the first construction phase with regard to the trades road construction, rainwater drainage, street lighting, waste water disposal, gas, drinking water, electricity and fibre optics as well as for the green balance.Details of the procurement process, the division of the contract into several stages and the general conditions can be found in the specifications as part B. of the tender dossier, which is made available online to applicants for information purposes, see under I.3.
