Description
1) Scope of services:The following services are awarded within the scope of this VgV procedure:- Basic services of work phases 1-9 (in accordance with §§ 53-56 HOAI 2013 in conjunction with Annex 15) for the following groups of facilities:1) ALG 1: Waste water, water and gas facilities;2) ALG 2: Heat supply facilities;3) ALG 3: Ventilation systems;4) ALG 7: Usage-specific systems (kitchen);5) ALG 8: Building automation - special services of service phases 1-9 (in accordance with §§ 53-56 HOAI 2013 in conjunction with Annex 15) for the above-mentioned plant groups as per project description (Annex B3)Service phase 9 is not eligible for funding and is therefore called up as a separate stage within the framework of a phased contract. After work phase 8, a partial final invoice is planned, and planning services for object planning up to and including LP 3 are already available. The planning documents are enclosed with the award documents.the building has a gross floor area GFA of approx. 1 085 m2 and a usable floor area of approx. 798 m2.the following services are awarded in parallel VgV procedures:- object planning services,- TA planning services ELT,- structural planning services.2) Costs and deadlines:Throughout the entire service process, the planner is obliged to check the optimisation potential, particularly in the areas of costs and deadlines, and to submit it to the client for a decision.2.1) Costs:The following costs are to be taken as a basis for the offer (meeting house incl. large day care centre):- KG 300: approx. 1,034,640 Euro (net),- KG 400: approx. 545,600 Euro (net).2.2) Subsidies:The meeting house project is to be supported by ERDF funds. The subsidy has already been applied for and approved and the day care centre is not eligible. It is therefore the task of the planners to show the eligible and non-eligible costs separately and also to invoice fees separately.2.3) Dates:Based on the grant approval, a final invoice for the project is required by December 2022. Due to the urgency of the measures, the planning process must be carried out in great detail and with a tight schedule. The planning is to be adapted to current requirements during the execution of the construction work, if necessary, in order to ensure an optimal construction process and to keep the construction time as short as possible.
