The municipality of Bernried is planning the general refurbishment of the Edenstetten primary school. In the course of the measure, services of the performance profile building and interiors in the performance phases 5 to 9 are awarded The Edenstetten primary school is located in a building complex consisting of a school building, a multi-purpose hall and a day care centre for children In the course of the general refurbishment, only measures on the school building and in rooms used by the school are planned. The school building consists of a multi-storey main building and several single-storey annexes. The purpose of this refurbishment is to renovate the school area, which was built in the mid-1960s, with the classrooms and the technical equipment for the entire building complex, and to bring it up to date and modern standards in order to implement the energy-saving course prescribed by the state and the digital requirements in the learning programme, as well as to guarantee fire protection in accordance with the latest guidelines. Due to the lack of renovation and redevelopment measures in the interior, as well as the far-reaching expansion of the school building, a renewal of the windows and the interior equipment (floors, loose fittings etc.) is absolutely necessary. In the course of the refurbishment work, fire protection and technical building equipment must also be retrofitted to meet the current standard.no major refurbishment measures have been carried out since the completion of the building, apart from makeshift minor interventions and use-related updates to the heating system.the building is therefore still in its original state of construction, particularly with regard to the room layout and the design of the school's workflow.the entire building complex has been inspected in accordance with the current fire protection guidelines and the necessary measures to remedy the defects have already been successfully initiated or are in progress. will be extended or installed with this upcoming renovation (installation of upper door closers, installation of fire/smoke protection doors, escape stairs in separate external staircase, SHEVS retrofitting, retrofitting fire extinguisher/smoke detector, fire protection lines).as the main renovation measure in terms of energy saving, an ETICS with accompanying window replacement is planned.the current main entrance will be relocated and the associated canopy will be demolished due to the extension measures in the basement. Furthermore, a four-storey staircase extension with elevator will be built on the north-east side. In order to ensure that the school is barrier-free, a connecting corridor with a ramp will be created between the school building and the day-care centre in the basement. In addition, the difference in height between the classroom and the former main entrance will be bridged with a ramp.1) Energy-efficient renovation of the roof structure by doubling the rafters and installing insulation between the rafters;2) Noise protection measures to improve the room acoustics in all group rooms;3) Upgrading and expansion of the escape route lighting, the house alarm, the fire alarm control panel and the security lighting;4) Renewal or expansion of the media technology systems in the classrooms and group rooms;5) Equipping the classrooms and group rooms with a central ventilation system;6) Replacement of the complete window elements;7) Replacement and renewal of the complete sun protection systems (external blinds);8) Replacement and energy-efficient regulation of the heat supply systems (replacement or expansion of the heating system);9) Replacement of the heating system (replacement or expansion of the ventilation system);10) Replacement of the ventilation system in the classrooms and group rooms (replacement or expansion of the heating system) new regulation for radiators, replacement of pumps to energy class A, hot water preparation is renewed);9) Renewal of the complete, fixed and loose furnishing of the classrooms, the administration as well as the specialist rooms;10) Conversion of the sanitary facilities;11) Staircase extension;12) Conversion of the assembly hall;13) New construction of a tank room in the basement, as well as a connecting corridor (barrier-free);14) Attic extension with external escape stairs.The services to be commissioned are services in the field of object planning for buildings and interiors in accordance with ยง 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 No. 10.1, work phases 5-9, as well as the special services of cooperation in the settlement of subsidies and the monitoring of the elimination of defects within the period of limitation.
