Bahnhofstr. 13, 75172 Pforzheim, Pforzheim, Police Headquarters PF, new accommodation + extension of the command and situation centre (FLZ), engineering services according to part 4 section 2 HOAI The planning task comprises the extension at Bahnhofstraße 13 for the accommodation of a command and situation centre (FLZ) with a connection to the existing building, as well as the dismantling of the interim FLZ at the location of the PP Pforzheim. After deconstruction, the existing premises will be converted into an office structure. The premises of the command post consist mainly of the radiotelephony room, the so-called general organisational structure (AAO room) and a special organisational structure (BAO room) to be formed in case of larger operational events. Most areas of the command and situation centre are used in 24-hour operation or are to be provided for such use.the command and situation centre represents a particularly secure area with high technical requirements for building services, information, communication and media technology and the concept for noise protection. Great importance is attached to sustainability and energy efficiency. The approach to the use of renewable energies, the approach to ensuring summer and winter thermal insulation as well as the energetic and economic optimisation of the building envelope are of particular importance.the proportionate costs of the groups of facilities to be processed amount to approx. 1 420 000 EUR gross and are divided as follows:- Sewage, water and gas systems (approx. 120 000 EUR gross),- Heat supply systems (approx. 200 000 EUR gross),- Ventilation systems (approx. 1 010 000 EUR gross),- Building automation (approx. 90 000 EUR gross) The details of the planning task can be found in the task description enclosed with the award documents.
Engineering services in accordance with Part 4 Section 2 HOAI basic services of work phases 2-9 as well as special services of work phases 3, 5, 8 and 9 The following groups of facilities are to be worked on:- Waste water, water and gas facilities,- Heat supply facilities,- Air conditioning facilities,- Building automation.Bidders and their subcontractors and rental contractors must submit the relevant declarations of obligation in accordance with § 5 LTMG, available at "https://rp.baden-wuerttemberg.de/Themen/Wirtschaft/Tariftreue/Seiten/Mustererklaerungen.aspx", when submitting their bids.The work equipment documentation, plans and data must be observed.
