Description

The property to be planned is located at 22303 Hamburg Saarlandstraße 35 directly at the underground station Saarlandstraße. The site serves as a storage area and for loading and unloading of work trains of the Hamburg HOCHBAHN AG and is also the seat of the department of line management (administration and industrial personnel) with 114 employees. 3 new buildings, a parking pallet, a cantilever rack storage at the southern property boundary and gantry crane facilities are to be constructed in accordance with the current conversion concept (Annex 1) in order to optimise the operating procedure and to create new storage areas.The preliminary planning concept comprises:- Building 1, 2 storeys, ground floor storage rooms (cold), 1 upper floor offices / social rooms with connection to the existing administration building approx. 660 m2 GF;- Building 2, shelf storage hall (cold) approx. 770 m2 GF;- Building 3, 2 storeys, ground floor workshop and 1 floor social rooms approx. 560 m2 GF;- Parking pallet, maximum 3 storeys, ground floor - 2nd floor;- Cantilever racking warehouse on the southern boundary of the property as a noise protection wall;- Portal crane 1 with cantilever, span approx. 34 m + 10 m cantilever;- Portal crane 2, span approx. 28 m.The property is a storage area and material handling area for all track-bound construction sites in the entire underground railway network of the HOCHBAHN, there is vegetation with trees in the embankment areas. An inventory is available (Annex 2).Demolition of the shed;- Demolition of the track-laying hall;- Demolition of the old signal box;- Vegetation and topsoil;A smooth material handling for all ongoing construction sites in the entire underground network, which takes place at the Saarlandstraße depot, must be guaranteed for the entire construction period.The entire delivery traffic of the storage yard and the construction site is exclusively via the gate entrance at Wiesendamm, corner Saarlandstraße.HOCHBAHN will commission any necessary expertises (soil and noise protection expertises, explosive ordnance sounding etc.) for planning/approval and execution that are not included in the scope of services of the general planner according to Part B (bill of quantities).The general planner is responsible for the coordination and integration in the planning process and, if necessary, in the execution of the work. The main contractual deadlines are: For all services of stage I: 12/2020 Completion of the planning for the first buildings to be constructed, the others to follow.For all services of stage II: 07/2021 Commissioning of building 1 (BSA 7) (without dismantled office part)- 07/2021 Parking pallet (BSA 5);- 06/2021 Commissioning of gantry crane system 1 (BSA 10 01);- 12/2021 Commissioning of building 3 (BSA 12);- 03/2022 Commissioning of building 2 (BSA 9);- 06/2022 Commissioning of gantry crane system 2 (BSA 10 02);- 12/2022 Cantilever rack wall (BSA 8);- 12/2022 Project completion.
