SBH | Schulbau Hamburg has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing the school real estate in accordance with economic principles, taking into account the needs of the schools, and renting the approximately 350 schools to the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training. The school real estate includes all land and buildings of the state and vocational schools used for school purposes. The land area of all general education and vocational state schools is approximately 9.1 million sqm and the main usable area is approximately 3.1 million sqm.In this activity, Schulbau Hamburg was commissioned to carry out a restructuring of the Brekelbaum Park Campus at the Brekelbaums Park 6 site.See also point 2.4. of the notice.
On the Brekelbaums Park 6 site, a restructured, contemporary and at the same time sustainable vocational and university campus is to be built. This is to consist of a new Hamburg Vocational College (BHH), unique in Germany, the merger of two commercial schools - the Staatliche Handelsschule Berliner Tor (BS 05) and the Berufliche Schule für Spedition, Logistik & Verkehr (BS 20) - and optionally supplemented by a further vocational school (BS X) as well as a residential building, which is to provide trainees with subsidised, affordable accommodation on the campus. The campus will also house a sports hall, a canteen and event rooms. The aim of the Hamburg Institute for Vocational Education and Training (HIBB) is to offer young people the opportunity to combine training and studies in the fields of business administration and computer science at an urban and attractive location and to complete their studies with a Bachelor's degree.It is intended to achieve synergy effects from a jointly conceived campus by integrating the school location at Anckelmannstraße 10, which is to the west and consists of the Berufliche Schule Anckelmannstraße (BS 01) and the Berufliche Schule für Wirtschaft und Handel Hamburg-Mitte (BS 02), as well as the neighbouring Berufliche Schule Gesundheit Luftfahrt Technik (BS 10) and the Hamburg Center of Aviation Training (HCAT) to the east. For example, the trainees of the schools involved will be able to live in affordable apartments on the vocational and university campus. The cafeteria and event areas as well as the two-field sports hall will also be available to all schools on the campus. It is also planned to make the areas available to the district for external events, e.g. cultural initiatives in the district. The project budget (KG 200-700) is approx. 49.2 million EUR gross (calculated on the basis of 19 %). The services to be awarded for Lot 1 consist of:-- work phases 1-2 technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI (plant groups 1 to 3 & 8),-- work phases 3-4 technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI (plant groups 1 to 3 & 8), as an optional assignment by determination of the AG (if necessary Special service: Preparation of a functional description of services,-- Special service: Participation in the examination of the offers received by the general contractor,-- Special service: Examination of the execution planning,-- Special service: Controlling of the execution as an optional assignment by determination of the Principal,-- Special services in all work phases of the technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI (plant groups 1 to 3 & 8),-- Special service: Controlling of the execution as an optional assignment by determination of the Principal Special services in all work phases of the technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI as an optional assignment by determination of the Principal (if necessary in stages to be determined by the Principal).Note: From LPH 5, the project will be realised by GÜ.Note: In order to protect all parties involved in the process from the health risks associated with the dissemination of COVID-19, the Principal reserves the right to conduct the negotiations without a date for negotiation (cf. §A representative of the external project management will be involved in an advisory capacity in the evaluation of the tenders if necessary. büro luchterhandt, Hamburg, will support and advise the awarding authority in the operative implementation of this VgV procedure.
