The Staatliches Bau- und Liegenschaftsamt Neubrandenburg was commissioned by the Bundesanstalt für Immobilien to provide 90 accommodation units of modern standard. The accommodation is to be located on the Tollense barracks property in Neubrandenburg in the building of the former KWEA, Weg am Hang 31 The building consists of an old building (constructed in the 1930s) and a new building (constructed in the early 1970s) and was previously used as an administrative building. Currently the building is vacant.scope of services: LST 1 (LPH 2-4), optional LST 2,3,4 (LPH 5-8) with average planning requirements.the cost ceiling is:- KG 300: 1 539.300,00 EUR;- KG 400: 1 026 200,00 EUR.the start of construction is planned for 2022 and the end of construction for 2023.
The Staatliches Bau- und Liegenschaftsamt Neubrandenburg has been commissioned by the Bundesanstalt für Immobilien to provide 90 accommodation units of modern standard. The accommodation is to be located on the Tollense barracks property in Neubrandenburg in the building of the former KWEA, Weg am Hang 31 with a plot size of approx. 12,624 m2.The gross floor area of the building is approx. 4,030 m2.The building consists of an old building (erected in the 1930s) and a new building (erected in the early 1970s) and was previously used as an administration building. The 90 accommodations are to be built according to the standard 1.1.5 single rooms with wet room. 13 additional accommodation units in simple standard and a 2nd escape route are to be created in the attic of the old building. In the former archive 12 single offices with associated social rooms are planned. one of the participants receives the contract commitment for the services according to HOAI part 3 sections 1 and 2 in fee zone III, up to work phase 4, with the option of continuing the work phases 5-8.The upper cost limit is:- KG 300: 1 539 300.00 EUR;- KG400: 1 026 200.00EUR.The start of construction is planned for 2022 and the end of construction for 2023.The contract is awarded in accordance with VgV 2016 via a negotiated procedure with a call for competition. The applicant, who can be expected to find the best possible solution to the task on the basis of his offer, is awarded the contract. The planner to be commissioned must first provide performance level 1 (LPH 2-4). The completion of performance level 1 is expected within approx. 5 months after the award of the contract. The capacities required to guarantee the target dates must be available. The RLBau M-V must be observed.
