Description

For the underground passenger transport system (uPva) at the main railway station, this contract award means that the TGA planning for work phases (Lph) 5, 6 and 7 in accordance with the Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI, 2013 version) is being put out to tender.This includes the following technical building services:- Heating, cooling, plumbing, ventilation;- Electrical engineering systems (lighting and power supply 50 Hz, cable systems, interface to the contents of DB Energie GmbH);- Telecommunications systems (TC) including voice alarm and mobile radio as well as data cable systems;- Fire and intrusion alarm system (access control);- Building automation.
The TGA planning services comprise the Lph 5-7 for the following groups of installations:- Sanitary installations - installation group 410;- Heating installations - installation group 420;- Ventilation and cooling installations - installation group 430;- Electrotechnical installations - installation group 440;- Telecommunications incl. SAA/BMA /EMA - installation group 450;- Building automation - installation group 480.
