The Westfalenhallen Dortmund group of companies comprises the Westfalenhallen Unternehmensgruppe GmbH (parent company) (formerly: Westfalenhallen Dortmund GmbH) and its subsidiaries, Messe Dortmund GmbH (formerly: Messe Westfalenhallen Dortmund GmbH), Kongress Dortmund GmbH (formerly: KHC Westfalenhallen GmbH), Westfalenhalle GmbH (formerly: Veranstaltungszentrum Westfalenhallen GmbH). HGBDes Unternehmensverbund Westfalenhallen Dortmund for 2019, the examination of the reporting files for the consolidated financial statements of the City of Dortmund in accordance with NKF (New Municipal Financial Management) and the preparation of the annual tax returns for the year 2019. in detail, the following tax returns are to be prepared:- corporate income tax return together with tax balance sheet and preparation and submission of the e-balance sheet- trade tax return for all companies, as well as- preparation of the sales tax return for Westfalenhallen Unternehmensgruppe GmbH as the parent company.In addition, ongoing advice and advice on special projects relating to tax and commercial law issues are put out to tender as an option, i.e. on separate call for tenders. Therefore, sound knowledge of VAT law is required for order execution and is therefore a prerequisite.The audit assignment initially extends to the year 2019, after which Westfalenhallen-Unternehmensgruppe GmbH can extend the assignment by a maximum of four times one year at a time.
