Audit of the annual financial statements for the 2019 financial year (January 1 - December 31, 2019), including the accounting records and the management report in accordance with the provisions of the Third Book of the German Commercial Code (HGB), Section 87 (1) of the Financial Regulation of the Free State of Saxony (SäHO) and Chapter VIII, No. 4:- Audit of the annual financial statements in accordance with Section 317 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and in accordance with the German Auditing Association (Institut für Wirtschaftsprüfer e. V.) (IDW) for large corporations (pursuant to § 267 (3)),- preparation of an audit opinion,- supplementary to the audit report: analysis of the net assets, results of operations and financial position,- breakdown and explanation of individual items in the annual financial statements,- audit of the regularity of the economic situation pursuant to § 53 (1) No. 1 and 2 HGrG.
