The city of Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale is planning to convert the Alte Amtskellerei into a cultural center. ln the center of the old town of Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, the buildings of the Alte Amtskellerei form a striking special feature in the surrounding, uniform urban structure. As a conglomerate of buildings from different eras, the complex has undergone several transformations and changes of use. The oldest part of the building, the so-called High House, can be dated to the middle of the 14th century. The most recent part of the three-winged complex is the transverse wing in its present form, which, like the southwest wing, was probably built in the early 17th century. From 1817 to 1996, the building was used as a prison, which fundamentally changed the appearance of the structure. In the future, the city of Bad Neustadt would like to locate various public uses under one roof in the historically significant former Amtskellerei. As primary focal points of use, the town museum and town library, supplemented by other offers such as event rooms, will use the buildings after the renovation and create a central contact point to the west of the market square for citizens and visitors of Bad Neustadt alike. The total costs (KG 200 - 700 gross according to DIN 276) are estimated at approx. 15.0 million € - start of construction is planned for the end of 2024, - completion and start of use is planned for the end of 2026.Subject to authoritative funding decisions/financing, the commissioning will be carried out in stages according to HOAI 2021 structural design §§ 49, 55 service phases 1-6. Service phases 1 and 2 are to be awarded first.
A two-stage negotiated procedure with public tender and negotiation phase for planning services HOAI 2021 structural design §§ 49, 55 service phases 1-6 plus special services will be carried out.With the entry into force of the new version HOAI 2021 on 01.01.2021, the minimum and maximum rates are removed. The fee tables of HOAI 2021 show orientation values.
