Description

Award of planning services for structural design and special services for the construction of an educational, cultural and sports center in Irxleben in the municipality of Hohe Börde.
The municipality of Hohe Börde is planning an educational, cultural and sports center including a fairground near the historic village center of Irxleben near Magdeburg. Within the scope of the procedure, the following construction measures are to be planned on two designated building sites with a total of approx. 14,000 m²:1. new construction of an after-school care building for 225 children incl. outdoor facilities (NRF approx. 1,550 m²)2. new construction of a community center with a large event hall (NRF approx. 1020 m²)3. conversion of the existing after-school care building into a clubhouse as well as demolition of the existing clubhouse (NRF approx. 760 m²) and creation of flexibly usable space (NRF approx. 760 m²). m²) and creation of flexibly usable office and work rooms in the reserve areas of the existing building4. Planning of a meeting place in the listed half-timbered building at Helmstedterstrasse 25. Total construction costs (KG 200-700) of around €11.9 million gross are currently assumed for the entire project, which is to be realized in construction stages (of which around €9.3 million gross for KG 300-500). The planned commissioning includes - for the entire project - the work phases 1-6 according to §51 HOAI as well as special services, which will be commissioned in stages and object-related, provided that there is no important reason for not commissioning (§ 8 para. 2 RPW) and insofar and as soon as the task on which the competition is based is to be realized. Directly following the competition, the service phases 1-4 for the 1st construction phase - "New building of a day nursery" are to be commissioned. The participants commit themselves in the case of an assignment to take over and carry out the further work.The award procedure will be carried out on the basis of §74 Vergabeverordnung (hereinafter VgV) as an open procedure according to §15 VgV.The subject of the planned assignment of this VgV procedure is the service profile structural design according to §49ff HOAI and other services. The following fee zones (HZ) and rates are assumed by the awarding authority in accordance with the applicable HOAI:Structural planning in accordance with §52 HOAI fee zone III, basic rate.The contractual basic services and special services can be found in the enclosed contract.
