Description

The municipality of Badem intends to build a 6-group day care center. The plot of land marked in green on the site plan in the district of the municipality of Badem at the end of the village in the direction of Gindorf on the left-hand side is intended for the project.The subject of this award procedure is the provision of the necessary planning and construction supervision services in the area of structural planning.The building of the day care center shall have a total floor space of approx. 1,500 sqm.The day care center shall be designed barrier-free and single-storey.The start of construction shall take place at the latest in the 1st quarter of 2024.With regard to the details, reference is made to the specifications, which are available for download.
Subject of this tender are services of structural design according to § 51 i.V.m. The total costs of the building measure amount to approx.KG 200 Preparatory measures 75.000,00 € (net) KG 300 Building, building construction 2.470.000,00 € (net) KG 400 Technical installations 710.500,00 € (net) KG 500 Exterior installations 325.000,00 € (net) KG 600 Equipment 200.000,00 € (net) The service to be awarded includes, as a special service, the engineering control of the execution of the supporting structure during the construction period for compliance with the audited structural documents, the planning services of the structural fire protection as well as the thermal and energy balancing.The following will be tendered in parallel: Lot 1 - Project planning services for buildings, work phases 1-9 in accordance with § 34 HOAI, Lot 2 - Planning services for outdoor facilities, work phases 1-9 in accordance with § 39 HOAI and Lot 3 - Planning services for technical equipment HLS and electrical, work phases 1-9 in accordance with § 55 HOAI The services will be tendered in lots.
