Description

The purpose of this tender is to select and contract an organization for the "selection, employment and guidance of people with a distance to the labor market, belonging to one of the target groups of the Law on the Employment Agreement and quota labor limits".
The estimated value of the Assignment is based on the following number of hours per year:Foreman:1,950 hours per year (37.5 hours per week x 52 weeks per year).Employees:15,792 hours per year (329 hours per week x 48 weeks per year).The foreman has been set to 52 weeks, because a foreman should always be present when an employee is occupied. The employees have been put on 48 weeks instead of 52 weeks, because in the vacations of the students there is less work and therefore a smaller occupation is possible.Compulsory days off according to CAO MBO - means no deployment on those days as well.The expectation is that this assignment value will remain at the same level in the coming years.This deployment of hours is only an indication of future hours. You cannot derive any rights from it.
