Description

Tribuut wishes to procure a broker capable of offering qualified candidates through a broad market approach. The broker is responsible for making these candidates available and taking care of the administrative settlement of contracts, invoices and payments related to suppliers and any ZZP'ers. In addition, Tribuut expects the broker to take care of monitoring possible (legal) risks within the hiring process, in order to minimize the chance of errors and to adequately resolve any structural recruitment problems.
The purpose of this procurement is to contract a single vendor to be responsible for broker services for the provision of temporary staff in the areas of appraisers, data management WOZ/collection staff, collection and front office staff and general operations support staff to Tribuut. These professionals are deployed to meet demand arising from situations such as peaks in municipal tax work, illness, bridging vacancies or any special projects.
