Description
BAnQ wishes to obtain the services of one or more service providers for the digitization of paper documents, photographic prints and negatives, intended to enrich its digital collections distributed on its website.
Three (3) batches of documents are covered by this call for tenders for scanning services:
Lot 1 Documents on opaque A2 format (one page) (240,000 pages);
Lot 2 Photographic prints and accompaniments, mainly A4 (11,500 images);
Batch 3 Negatives 35 mm per unit or in strips (25 000 photos).
The same service provider may bid on one or more lots.
The selected service provider is the one who has obtained the best quality/price ratio per batch according to the evaluation criteria and the evaluation grid.
