Assignment of the technical safety support (specialist for occupational safety in accordance with § 7 of the German Occupational Safety Act)1. total hoursTotal support time of at least 368 hours per year (average)(maximum: 400 hours per annum)2. performance periodfor the period 01.07.2023 - 30.06.2025 (if necessary with extension to 30.06.2027)The option of a possible extension from 01.07.2025 to 30.06.2027 is reserved.3ScopeAccording to Annex 2 of the accident prevention regulation DGUV Vorschrift 2, the hours of service per employee per year for basic care are prescribed as cumulative values for the occupational safety specialist and the company physician.This results in a service volume of 108 hours per year.The number of employees is calculated annually on the cut-off date of November 1. The client will inform the occupational safety specialist and redefine the allocation of the deployment times of the basic supervision.The personnel expenditure for the safety-related requirement for company-specific supervision according to Annex 4 of DGUV V2 amounts to 260 hrs. for the period 01.07.23 - 30.06.24.The additional annual company-specific supervision times are to be coordinated with the client in advance as required 3 months before the end of the current period, resulting in a total supervision time of 368 hours per year (108 hours of basic supervision + 260 hours of company-specific supervision). Travel times to and from the site are not counted towards these times.The contractor undertakes to advise and support the City of Schwelm at short notice (within one working day) by telephone or e-mail, in particular in urgent cases.I. Review clauseThe City of Schwelm reserves the right, in accordance with Section 132 (2) No. 1 of the ARC and Section 132 (2) No. 1 of the ARC respectively, to offer the performance of the services to suitable bidders who have submitted an economically acceptable bid in the award procedure, in the order of the tender result, if the contractor finally drops out due to termination or for another reason.IV. Defense ClauseThese Additional Terms and Conditions of Contract shall apply exclusively. Any terms and conditions of the Contractor that conflict with or deviate from these General Terms and Conditions of Contract shall only be recognized by the City of Schwelm if the City of Schwelm expressly agrees to their validity in writing. These Additional Terms and Conditions of Contract shall also apply if the City of Schwelm accepts the delivery without reservation or pays for the delivery in the knowledge that the Contractor's terms and conditions conflict with or deviate from these Additional Terms and Conditions of Contract.V. Execution periodEnd of execution: 01.07.2023 - 30.06.2025 (option for one-time extension)Please refer to the enclosed checklist for bid submission.
