Description

On the basis of a service contract with the Customer, the Contractor shall assume all tasks necessary to fulfill the cardiotechnics in professional quality and to ensure proper administration according to commercial principles. The Contractor shall take over the entire control of the technical and professional area as well as all administrative tasks, which are necessary as a prerequisite to ensure proper business operation of the Cardiotechnics.The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment according to the Client's requirements. The Contractor shall provide the cardiotechnical personnel and the equipment necessary for cardiotechnics. He will take care of repairs, maintenance as well as safety and metrological checks of the equipment used and is responsible for all aspects of quality assurance. In addition, the Contractor shall undertake replacement and new procurement of capital equipment. The contractor is also responsible for ordering and stocking the required consumables; if necessary, the contractor is only active in a supporting capacity.The contractor carries out cleaning and hygiene services on the medical technology equipment itself with its personnel. The following award criteria will be applied:1. Price - weighting 70 points2. Quality - weighting 30 points - with the following sub-criteria:2.1 Cardiotechnical service concept - weighting 15 points2.2 HLM concept - weighting 5 points2.3 Maintenance and service concept - weighting 5 points2.4 Consumables concept - weighting 5 points
