Description
On the basis of the Energy Master Plan of the City of Bern, the ewb is obliged to expand the district heating network and develop new urban areas across the board. In order to achieve this objective, technical issues, legal, financial, organisational and communicative issues must be dealt with and solved in addition to the technical ones. Due to the large dimensions, the feasibility of the target network, the possible line management and the potential points of conflict must be examined in greater detail.
