Description

The UKJ intends to handle business travel management via an external service provider (travel agency) as the central contact for employees. The object is typical travel services, especially organization and consulting services for business trips of employees of the University Hospital Jena (UKJ).
The object is the cooperation between the Contractor and the University Hospital of Jena in the area of Business Travel Service/Trip Management, with the objective of an efficient and economical handling of the business travel volume of the University Hospital of Jena.Scope of services- Booking of flight tickets, train tickets, seat reservations, ship and ferry tickets; other necessary proof of entitlement,- Hotel bookings, rental car reservations and rental car bookings,- Procurement of Visa, tolls, vignettes, BahnCard, Bahn-Card Business,- Rebooking, cancellation and, as far as possible, reimbursement of train tickets, flight tickets, hotel rooms, etc,- Advice to employees on the best and most cost-effective transport connections, tariffs and accommodation options in each case,- Provision of binding price information and travel plans for the employee,- Calculations of profitability for the UKJ as part of the reporting process when choosing the means of transport (e.g. train vs. flight).
