Description
The Regional Energy Strategy Rotterdam - The Hague (hereinafter: RES) is changing colour. From a project aimed at an initial exploration of the possibilities, it has become a programme in which solution directions will be worked out in more detail and on a theme-by-theme basis. The programme therefore has a much larger scale, intensity and scope. This has consequences for the deployment of (external) staff and for obtaining external advice. In the context of the aforementioned project, the Contracting Authority has opted for the European restricted procedure, the so-called pre-selection procedure. This procedure will take place in accordance with the 2012 Tender Act. The contract consists of five different lots.
